Our giveaway continues! For this round, we're giving away a University of the Philippines Diliman journal and a Pen Noob filler made by @passbookph! The UPD journal is very fountain pen-friendly, while the filler can take fairly take the nib and ink combo as well. Get three entries to the giveaway!
